Our team is fully qualified within their respective trades, and vetted by our office. All staff and subcontractors are DBS checked ensuring our clients feel safe and confident in having Redfern undertake their project.

From that first contact you will deal directly with the company director to put the wheels in motion on your project.
We will provide you with a total cost for your project once drawings have been fully signed off by you.
Once you’re satisfied with your architectural drawings, and these have been signed off, your build can begin.
We provide a full program of works and a payment plan ensuring you have control in releasing payments only when stages have been completed or signed off by building control.
An agreed company contract gives us both peace of mind as well as trust in going forward to the completion of the project together.
Payment Details
Payments are based on a payment schedule to suit the project.
Payments are only released as and when the clients sign off warranty.
Once your project has been completed and final payment has been made, Redfern provides a 12 month rectification period on our workmanship.
Insurance & Safety Info
2 million pound public liability insurance.
Covid-19 measures in place and government guidelines adhered to.
Face masks, gloves and various other ppe available when needed. Our staff are tested weekly to ensure the safety of all our team members, and customers.
